Yoga at Home Kolkata is a personalized yoga training program where a certified yoga instructor visits your home and conducts private yoga sessions based on your health goals and fitness level.
This package includes 20 personalized yoga sessions, conducted at your home by a trained yoga instructor.
Each session typically lasts around 60 minutes, including yoga asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation practices.
All 20 sessions must be completed within 4 weeks from the start date of the program.
If you miss a session, please inform your instructor and request to complete the missed session as early as possible within the validity period.
If the instructor is not available, please contact the Yoga & Happiness office immediately so that a make-up session can be arranged.
Please note that the same instructor and the same time slot are not guaranteed for make-up sessions. The session will be scheduled based on instructor’s availability.
Once the package is booked and payment is completed, it is non-refundable. However, you may transfer the remaining sessions to a friend or family member if you are unable to continue.
If you feel the instructor is not conducting the sessions properly, please contact the Yoga & Happiness office. We will review the concern and arrange a change of instructor or session timing if necessary.
Yoga at Home sessions are available across the Kolkata Metropolitan areas and Howrah City, depending on instructor availability.
You only need a yoga mat and a small, comfortable space at home. The instructor will guide you if any additional simple props are required.
The full package amount must be paid on the first day of the session, or payment can be completed through the website within 48 hours of booking. After booking, our representative will contact you to schedule the instructor and confirm the session timing.
