We conduct Online Yoga Teacher Training Courses designed by Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India and we provide Online Yoga Classes, Yoga at Home, Corporate Yoga Sessions, Yoga Retreat, Yoga Workshop, Personalized Yoga Session, Group Yoga Session at Park Street, Kolkata for promotion of Health and Wellness by Certified Yoga Professionals. We have trained more than 1000 students since December 2019 across the globe. We have conducted lots of online events to spread Yoga awareness.

1. Yoga Volunteer: For promotion of well being of oneself and society at large; assist in conducting group classes as Yoga Volunteers, Yoga classes in the park, Yoga related IDY programs. Eligible to be part of Fit India Movement. Can conduct “Yoga Break Protocols” in work places.
2. Yoga Protocol Instructor: Yoga Instructors for teaching basics of Yoga to teach “Common Yoga Protocol” developed by the Ministry of AYUSH for International Day of Yoga. Eligible for conducting classes in parks, societies etc., for prevention of diseases and promotion of health in general.
3. Yoga Wellness Instructor: Yoga Instructor to teach “Yoga for prevention of illness and promotion of wellness” in schools, yoga studios, work places etc.
4. Yoga Teacher and Evaluator: Eligible to become Master Trainers in Yoga educational institutions, conducting yoga training courses and training programs. He or she can also act as an evaluator and assessor of yoga professionals. Can teach in studios, institutions, colleges, universities and institutions of higher learning.
