I have done the Level 1 yoga course with yoga and happiness . I am from Delhi and joined the yoga retreat organised by yoga and happiness in Goa and loved it. All the arrangements were done properly and different forms of yoga I tried for first time . It was a lovely experience with everyone on trip ❤️ made lots of memories here with everyone .

The online yoga course at yoga and happiness was awesome. It felt like you’re in the shala because the teacher is there so you’re pushed to do more or to do the asana properly and are given verbal cues that help your practice as well but at the same time you are in the comfort of your own home. With not just practical but even theories were taught with examples.. Truly as the name suggests it’s literally Yoga and Happiness..
