I am a school teacher and a practitioner of yoga and meditation from Assam, India. Started practising yoga when I was a teen, and for many decades I was my own teacher. Although initially my aim was to have a fit physique, as I delved deeper, I became more and more interested in the relationship and interplay between the mind and the body, and their importance in achieving meaningful health. Because of that, I have also been practising meditation, specially Vipasana.
This year I took admission in Yoga for Happiness completing level one and presently pursuing level two. I have started online yoga sessions, with very encouraging feedback from participants within a short period.
