Being fitness freak I never think to keep my self away from routine physical workout say in Gymnasium or regular 5 km Jogging.
To test my endurance many a times I participated in Marathon and out of that one the best is Tata Steel Kolkata 25k 2019 in open 10k category where I ranked in the top 981 finishers at a pace of 10km in 63 minuites.
After engaging myself with Yoga Asanas my endurance has been enhanced,there after I completed 10km @ 58 minutes…
